30 Day Buy & Try Return Policy

While we fully stand by every product that we sell, we understand that sometimes you might change your mind or realize the product you ordered wasn't exactly what you were hoping for. That's why we offer a 30 Day Return Policy.

If you decide you want to return an item for any reason within 30 days after receipt of your order, please email us at returns@rainorshinegolf.com with your order number and we will provide detailed instructions on how to process the return.

Please note, you as the customer will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs of the item(s) in your order as well as a restocking fee.

Once your return item(s) have been received and inspected, we will send you an email notification that we have processed your return payment (minus a 10-40% restocking fee*) to your original payment method.

*Please note: In order to receive a refund for the item(s) ordered, the item(s) must arrive back to our distribution center in "Like New" condition and must contain all original packaging and accessories. "Like New" means that the items you ordered must not show any visual signs of wear. If items are returned with visual signs of wear, or have any minor issues due to use, items may still qualify for return for “Refurbished Use”, in this case a 40% restocking fee will be assessed. Items that are damaged or are showing significant signs of wear will not be accepted and no refund will be given.

Damages

If the product is damaged, you must make note of it immediately when signing for delivery and send photos to customerservice@rainorshinegolf.com the day of delivery. Rain or Shine Golf will pay for shipping defective, damaged, or incorrect merchandise at our cost. Remember to keep all the original packaging for any items that need to be returned. All returns need to be authorized by our customer service department prior to being processed. We will ensure you get the product you ordered, undamaged, as soon as possible. Items that become damaged after use are non-refundable unless specified under warranty.

Cancellations

If you would like to cancel an order, please email or call our customer service team immediately to avoid return shipping fees. Cancellations received before shipment will receive a full refund. Orders canceled after items have shipped will follow our 30 Day Buy & Try Return policy and will be subject to return shipping costs.

Other Return Policy Notes:

• If a certain vendor or product does not support the return policy stated above, this will be noted in the product descriptions or in the product-specific return information.
• All simulation software subscription sales are final and non-refundable
• Rain or Shine Golf only sells to purchasers who intend to use the item(s) for the duration of its economic life. Orders purchased for the specific purpose of a "one time use or temporary use" are not eligible for return under any circumstances. This includes but is not limited to; orders intended for use in a trade show or a conference venue, orders that are purchased by promotional companies, and orders that are purchased by trade show facilitators.

Rain or Shine Golf offers FREE SHIPPING on all orders delivered within the contiguous United States.

If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, our goal is to ship your order out within the timeframe specified on the product page. This is located near the top of the product page below the product price. If we foresee potential delays beyond this shipping window, we will reach out to you directly to inform you. If for some reason you have not received your shipment within a reasonable timeframe or have not heard from us, feel free to reach out at customerservice@rainorshinegolf.com.

Expedited shipping is available for an additional cost on some products. Give us a call at 1-888-831-9489 or email us at customerservice@rainorshinegolf.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible with a quote.

Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii will incur freight charges and the shipping fees for those deliveries are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping charges are calculated after the order is submitted, so your order will be placed on hold until we can reach you by phone to confirm pricing.

Rain or Shine Golf is now also offering international shipping as well. If you do not live in the US and would like a shipping quote, please contact us and we will prepare a custom quote for you. Please note that any additional import/export taxes and/or customs taxes will be at the expense of the customer. Rain or Shine Golf is not responsible for any import/export taxes relating to international shipping and is not responsible for any customs taxes or any other form of tax for an international shipment.

How do I place an order?

First, locate the product you would like to purchase and choose the quantity in the selection box. Next, click on the “Add to Cart” button. All of your products will be added to your cart.

You will find a Cart button located at the upper right-hand side of the website. When you are prepared to complete your purchase, ensure your cart is correct and press "Checkout Now".

Enter your shipping/billing and credit card information and follow the instructions on the checkout page. Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email from us with the details of your order.

How will my order be fulfilled?

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.  As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.  If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.  If your item(s) are available for shipment, we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Will you send an order confirmation via e-mail?

An order confirmation message will be sent to the e-mail address you provide us for each order you submit. We recommend that you print and save the e-mail confirmation for your records. Please be sure to enter your e-mail address correctly to ensure that you receive your order confirmation.

How can I change My Account information?

You can change your contact information at any time by signing into "My Account" and editing the information. Save the changes and your account will be updated.

How can I make a change or cancel my order?

Once an order has been placed, you cannot change or cancel your order online. To request a change or cancellation of an order, please contact customerservice@rainorshinegolf.com.

How long will it take for my order to ship?

This will vary by product and vendor so check the product pages for accurate estimates. You can be safe to assume that if your order is stock and we process the charges to your credit card it will ship within 5 business days from the date of your order. If you have not received your shipment within this time or would like any information on the status of your shipment, contact us at customerservice@rainorshinegolf.com.

Can you ship to a P.O. Box or an APO Address?

At this time, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, due to the size of our products, as well as APO addresses.  We apologize for the inconvenience.

Do you offer expedited shipping?
