The Swing Turf Hitting Mat came in a box wrapped in Saran Wrap. When I ordered it, I thought that it was going to take longer so when they told me the expected delivery date I asked to wait until I came back from a trip. There was an "oversight" of the fulfillment team which I realized by looking at the tracking number. The delivery date was going to be the same day I was leaving out of town. I had to ask my neighbors to keep an eye for me and put it in the garage with the other 2 boxes that I was expecting. To my surprise the boxes were heavy, and I was embarrassed for my elderly neighbors. The quality of the mat appears to be good, but time will tell. Also, I can see why some people complain about the mushiness of the mat. Conversely, I would be concerned with my elbows and wrists if it was too hard. The color of the mat is why I would expect from an artificial mat. My recommendation
