Return Policy

At Rain or Shine Golf, we know that life happens. While it’s our intention that every customer who orders from our website be fully satisfied with their order, if for any reason you decide you would like to return your order, we’ll be more than happy to work with you to process the return. 

We offer our customers a hassle-free 30-Day Return Policy. If a customer needs to return an item for ANY reason, they’re able to do so within 30 days — the customer is only responsible for a restocking fee and return shipping (taking advantage of our discounted rates). Return requests submitted beyond the 30-day mark will not be considered.

All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.*

All sales placed outside of North America are final.

For sales cancelled pre-shipping, up to 3% in credit card fees may be non-refundable for orders where payment has already been captured.

The sale of laptop computers and tablets are final. For any repairs or replacements that are warranty related, contact us directly via our Warranty Request form to initiate a support case, verify the issue, and begin the warranty repair/replacement process.

A return may be initiated in one of two ways:

  1. Customers may contact customerservice@rainorshinegolf.com, at which point we will confirm the eligibility of the return and provide a return authorization number and a prepaid shipping label. As soon as your return is initiated, received, and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, usually within 3-5 business days. The restocking fee and return shipping will be subtracted from the total refund amount.
  2. Similarly, customers may fill out the “Returns Request” form on the Shipping & Returns page of our website, located here. Once we confirm the eligibility of the return, we will provide a return authorization number and a prepaid shipping label. As soon as your return is initiated, received, and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, usually within 3-5 business days. Products eligible for return/exchange must be like-new, undamaged, and must contain all original product packaging and accessories. For technology returns (such as launch monitors or projectors), all items must be undamaged and unregistered.

If a product exhibits visible signs of wear or is missing items, to the extent that Rain or Shine Golf will no longer be able to re-sell the product as a “new” item, the returned product will be classified as a refurbished unit and a 40% restocking fee will be applied. This also applies to technology that has been registered and is unable to be resold. 

If the product is damaged upon arrival, you must make note of it immediately when signing for delivery and send photos to customerservice@rainorshinegolf.com within 24 hours of delivery. Rain or Shine Golf will be happy to pay for return shipping on defective, damaged, or incorrect merchandise. We will ensure you get the product you ordered, undamaged, as soon as possible. Note: Items that become damaged after use are non-refundable unless specified under the manufacturer’s warranty.

Please note: Though we will make every effort to accommodate all requests, we are dependent upon our vendors’ return policies. If a certain vendor or product does not support the return policy stated above, this will be noted in the product descriptions. For further clarification, please also review the manufacturer-specific policies below. For any repairs or replacements that are warranty related, contact us directly via our Warranty Request form to initiate a support case, verify the issue, and begin the warranty repair/replacement process.

Damages

If the product is damaged, you must make note of it immediately when signing for delivery and send photos to returns@rainorshinegolf.com the day of delivery. Rain or Shine Golf will pay for shipping defective, damaged, or incorrect merchandise at our cost. Remember to keep all the original packaging for any items that need to be returned. All returns need to be authorized by our customer service department prior to being processed. We will ensure you get the product you ordered, undamaged, as soon as possible. Items that become damaged after use are non-refundable unless specified under warranty.

Cancellations

If you would like to cancel an order, please email or call our customer service team immediately to avoid return shipping fees. Cancellations received before shipment will receive a full refund. Orders canceled after items have shipped will follow our 30 Day Return policy and will be subject to restocking fees and return shipping costs.

Other Return Policy Notes:

  • If a certain vendor or product does not support the return policy stated above, this will be noted in the product descriptions or in the product-specific return information.
  • Products that are specified as certified pre-owned or used are ineligible for a return.
  • All software & subscription sales are final and non-refundable.
  • Rain or Shine Golf only sells to purchasers who intend to use the item(s) for the duration of its economic life. Orders purchased for the specific purpose of a "one time use or temporary use" are not eligible for return under any circumstances. This includes but is not limited to; orders intended for use in a trade show or a conference venue, orders that are purchased by promotional companies, and orders that are purchased by trade show facilitators.

Our Partner's Return Policies:

  • Flightscope: Their policy is 30 days from sale and supersedes any policies listed above.
  • TruGolf: All TG simulator sales are final and ineligible for return. This policy supersedes all policies listed above.
  • Uneekor: Their policy is whichever of the two comes first — 15 days after license activation or 60 days after receipt of sale. This policy supersedes all policies listed above.
  • Foresight: Their policy is that all sales are final. While we can work with you on warranty issues, they do not accept returns. This policy supersedes all policies listed above.
  • ProTee: Their policy is that all sales are final. While we can work with you on warranty issues, they do not accept returns. This policy supersedes all policies listed above.
