Rain or Shine Golf began with a simple belief: golfers should be able to play more of the game they love, no matter the season, the weather, or the demands of life.
Growing up in Wisconsin, winter meant doing anything possible to stay sharp — domes, cold bays with heaters, worn mats, even turning a flooded basement into a putting green. Indoor golf wasn’t convenient, but it kept the dream alive.
That spark grew into Rain or Shine Golf, founded in 2016 by two friends determined to make golf more accessible to more people — anytime, anywhere.
Our Story
What started as a couple of high-school teammates chasing winter swings eventually became Rain or Shine Golf. From domes and frozen mats to homemade putting greens, we did whatever it took to improve.
After seeing high-end college simulators for the first time, we realized what indoor golf could truly be — a place for real practice, real play, and real improvement.
In 2016, with nothing more than two laptops and a vision, we founded Rain or Shine Golf. Today, with a team, a warehouse, and thousands of customers, our mission remains the same: help more golfers tee it up anytime, rain or shine.
What We Believe
Golf is more than a sport — it’s connection, escape, and therapy. But most golfers get to play far less than they want. Weather, schedules, and life all get in the way.
