Warranty Policy

Our warranty policy covers product defects that occur during normal use. With some exceptions (outlined below) and unless otherwise stated, we will strive to provide a replacement product within a reasonable timeframe.

Rain or Shine Golf products

All SwingBay, SwingNet, SwingShield and HomeBay products are covered by our 1-Year Manufacturer Warranty and we will strive to replace any completed warranty claims within 5-10 business days.

SwingTurf is covered by our 3-Year Manufacturer Warranty.

 

Third-Party products

We work closely with some of the biggest and most trusted brands to ensure that the products we sell come with a suitable warranty. While we make every effort to expedite this process, please allow up to 30 days to complete a warranty claim on any third-party products. 

Please only submit one request per warrantable product. Duplicate requests may further delay your warranty claim.
