Warranty Policy

Warranty Policy

Products sold by Rain or Shine Golf are generally covered by our Returns Policy and the product's manufacturer warranty. Our warranty policy covers product defects that occur during normal use. With some exceptions (outlined below) and unless otherwise stated, we will strive to provide a replacement product within a reasonable timeframe.

Unauthorized Returns

We will not accept returned products that do not have a valid warranty request or products we do not sell. Such products will be returned at the sender's expense. 

Third-Party Products

For third-party products, warranty processing may take longer for reasons outside of our control (out of stock, backordered products). Once we receive confirmation of an accepted warranty and potential replacement product, we will provide you with tracking information. Submitting duplicate warranty requests for the same product may cause delays in the warranty process. 

Rain or Shine Golf Products

All SwingBay, SwingNet, SwingShield and HomeBay products are covered by our 1-Year Manufacturer Warranty and we will strive to replace any completed warranty claims within 5-10 business days.

SwingTurf is covered by our 3-Year Manufacturer Warranty.

SkyTrak Products

6-Month/25,000 shot Limited Consumer Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase

FlightScope Products

All FlightScope units are covered by a 12 month limited hardware warranty

Uneekor Products

All Uneekor units are covered by a 12 month limited hardware warranty

Foresight Products

Certified Pre-Owned GC2: 6 month limited hardware warranty
New Foresight GCQuad: 2 year limited hardware warranty

Lenovo (Gaming PC) Products

12 month limited hardware warranty
