If a customer needs to return an item for ANY reason, they’re able to do so within 30 days — the customer is only responsible for a restocking fee and return shipping (taking advantage of our discounted rates). Can you use the Square Launch Monitor outside?

No, the Square Golf Launch Monitor is indoor-only. It requires a controlled environment for accurate tracking and is not designed for outdoor use.

Do you have to use the marked balls with the Square Launch Monitor?

Square will work without the marked balls, however spin numbers will be much more accurate if using the balls provided. Square spin readings have also been tested to work well with Taylor made Pix golf balls.

My Square LM is pretty good, although it seems to miss more shots than I think it should. After reading some posts on different forums, I hope I don't need customer support from Square because it seems like they're not to good at responding to issues.
