Excellent golf mat

I have used this mat in my simulator for over 2 years now. I have hit thousands of balls with my friends and have no significant wear at all. Quite firm and teaches you to pick the ball clean (hit the ball first)... takes many yards off of fat shots. You can use real tees instead of rubber and we always do... no regrets at all. I purchased the 5' x 5' mat so I could index it 90 degrees every few months or so. I would definitely buy again.
