I'm still waiting for mat to ship, even though my credit card has been billed. And now you want me to review it?!?!? Does your left hand even know what the right is doing? I just want the hitting mat as ordered - it's the last piece of a home simulator I'm putting together and have been waiting on this mat since early Feb. It's now April and no sign of mat. And I send a query about the order asking when I can expect it, and no reply. But I get a survey request?!?!? You gotta be kidding. I suppose this means you'll not ship my mat for another 60 days. Just ship what I ordered and you billed me for. I'll be happy to reply to reviews and rate service, etc. Just ship the mat.

Golf academy mat

Your golf academy mat section didn’t fit properly. I sent multiple emails and phone call to your customer service department with very slow response. Amazing when I called backed and asked for “sales” how quickly someone answered!!
Still waiting to hear back about how this situation will be handled.
