Putting green turf is sold by the roll and cut to your space, which is what makes it different from a drop-in putting mat. You decide the shape, the size and where the holes go. It works on a basement floor, in a simulator bay, or outside in the backyard.
The number that matters is roll speed, measured on a stimp meter. Faster turf reads more like a real green and punishes a bad stroke, which is the point if you are practicing rather than passing time. Shorter pile rolls faster. Longer pile is more forgiving and more forgiving is not always what you want.
What goes underneath matters as much as the turf itself. On concrete you want a subfloor, both for feel underfoot and so the surface rolls true. Interlocking foam tiles are the simple answer, and they build the floor to a height that lets a stand-on hitting mat sit flush with the turf around it.
