Bryson is seen using the GCQuad the most often. He uses it at just about every event he plays. You'll see him using it on the range as well as on the course. You'll also see it in some of his viral social media videos where he's posting insane ball and club speed metrics. **PS I think I hurt my back watching this video.

WHAT IS GCQUAD?

The GCQuad uses Quadrascopic imaging to deliver the most accurate and detailed image of ball and club head performance in the industry. It is a popular pick amongst tour pro's and top instructors like Butch Harmon due to it's superior accuracy both indoors and outdoors, as well as it's portability. Although not the smallest unit on the market, it still will fit in most golf bags.

HOW MUCH DOES GCQUAD COST?

The GCQuad costs $14,000. To get the full power of the GCQuad, you'll need to add-on it's club analysis suite for another $4,000. You can also add-on golf simulation software for $3,000 which brings the fully-equipped price to $21,000...or the equivalent to a 2022 Nissan Sentra. So you can choose whether you'd like to be able to drive to the course or have superior data on the course!

Bryson is a brand ambassador for FlightScope, one of the most trusted brands in the launch monitor market. So you'll also spot him rockin' the FlightScope lineup. He primarily uses their top-tier unit, the X3.

WHAT IS X3?

The FlightScope X3 used a combination of image processing and doppler radar to provide over 50 data points on your shot. Like the GCQuad, the X3 has a healthy list of tour pro users. It provides extremely in-depth data on everything from driving to putting.

HOW MUCH DOES X3 COST?

The X3 retails at $14,995, but it does go on sale from time to time.

But unlike the GCQuad, it includes both club head data and golf simulation out-of-the-box.

So you do get more bang for your buck with the X3. It's slightly less suited for indoor use to due it large space requirement. You'll need 16' of depth (8' of space behind the ball and 8' of ball flight). But if you have an indoor space that's big enough, then the X3 will perform great indoors as well.

Since Bryson is a FlightScope ambassador, he also advertises the FlightScope Mevo and Mevo+ somewhat often. You've probably seen the semi-cheesy Bubba Watson and Bryson DeChambeau commercial on the golf channel where they advertise these launch monitors. I know I have...and although cheesy, it doesn't make me not want one!

These are fantastic launch monitors for the amateur golfer. The mevo is the most budget-friendly launch monitor at just $500. It will provide 6-8 data points like carry distance, club speed, and spin and is designed for the amateur golfer to help dial in distances and basic game-improving metrics.

The Mevo+ is a more advanced launch monitor that provides around 16 different data points. You can even add on the Mevo+ Pro Package to gain an additional 11 club metrics. Like the X3, it can be used indoors or outdoors and gives you golf simulation out-of-the-box.

I've used the Mevo+ many times and it's by far one of our most recommended launch monitors for the amateur golfer. It costs just $1,999 and provides a lot of what the more costly launch monitors provide. It just doesn't have any true tour pro's who use it.
