This is for the Mevo+ and retractable screen.
Mevo+ is awesome. 5 stars! I have an Anker battery pack so I never run out of battery before I'm just to tired from hitting balls. My tee is set 10', from the screen, and the unit is set at 8' behind my tee. The only chips that the unit misses, are severe mishits, like shanks, otherwise it's spotless. I use the gimme within 10' set up. It took a while to find the sweet spot, for putting, but got it dialed in at, for my set up, 7' from the unit, which leaves 11', to my screen. I would estimate that over 95% off my putts read, with most of those being the shorter putts, so around 10 to 13 or 14 footers. I have not compared the Mevo+ to any other unit, but myself, and others who have came over and used it, agree that is very close to what we hit, in real life, and maybe better than very close, it may be perfect, not sure on that. Rarely have i had a head scratcher, but I've had a couple. The info this thing spits out has helped. If I don't like the numbers I adjust my address or change something in my swing. In a week and a half, I've gained nearly 10 yards on every club, in my bag, just by tweaking and getting my smash factor up. I would buy this again!
The retractable screen, meh, 4 stars given. If you need to have a retractable, it's good. It does its job. But, it gives you just about 8 feet of screen height and at 8 feet, you're kind of into the housing of the screen. At 10', from tee to screen, this brings the metal housing into play. Now, it is really only a problem with high lofted wedges or balls tee'd a little too high, and you get under it. The tiny white screen, at the top, pops when you fold the wings out. That top screen, with wings extended, is useless. I've rectified the situation by buying a 6' foam wedge, like for a bed, or pillow, and I have it crammed up in there. Problem solved.
Also, although the main screen is, pretty much ok, when I folded the two wings out, there are a couple of lengthy wrinkles. Not a big deal, really, but worthy of noting. This will not be a perfect, seamless screen, but the main portion is fine.
Also, this screen has to be deployed all the way which, potentially, leaves a few extra inches in the floor. The bottom is weighted so, when you hit into it, the bottom moves back and stays there. The projection will become elongated, from top to bottom, because of this. Or, part of it will move back and stay while one wing won't, so your projection looks all wanky. I cannot come up with a way to stop this from happening unless I could retract the screen about 3 inches, but, I can't because of that flimsy little top net, it will not allow it.
I would recommend this screen, if you'll be needing to retract it, to make space for other aspects of your life, but it's not without some flaws. If I had my way, I would have wished that they gave you a full 9' of screen, as opposed to 8', with the top net still in the same spot, so if needed, you could deploy all 9' of screen, or any distance between 8' to 9'. That way, it would be easy to keep the screen weights right at floor level so, when your ball hits it, it would just swing back to verticle. Could be cured by fine tuning your brackets, when you mount it, to get it a perfect height, providing your floor is level and you have the vertical room, to do so, i guess.
