        30 Day Buy & Try Return Policy

        While we fully stand by every product that we sell, we understand that sometimes you might change your mind or realize the product you ordered wasn't exactly what you were hoping for. That's why we offer a 30 Day Return Policy.

        If you decide you want to return an item for any reason within 30 days after receipt of your order, please email us at returns@rainorshinegolf.com with your order number and we will provide detailed instructions on how to process the return.

        Please note, you as the customer will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs of the item(s) in your order as well as a restocking fee.

        Once your return item(s) have been received and inspected, we will send you an email notification that we have processed your return payment (minus a 10-40% restocking fee*) to your original payment method.

        *Please note: In order to receive a refund for the item(s) ordered, the item(s) must arrive back to our distribution center in "Like New" condition and must contain all original packaging and accessories. "Like New" means that the items you ordered must not show any visual signs of wear.           How do I place an order?

          First, locate the product you would like to purchase and choose the quantity in the selection box. Next, click on the “Add to Cart” button. All of your products will be added to your cart.

                  First, locate the product you would like to purchase and choose the quantity in the selection box. Next, click on the “Add to Cart” button. All of your products will be added to your cart.

                  You will find a Cart button located at the upper right-hand side of the website. When you are prepared to complete your purchase, ensure your cart is correct and press "Checkout Now".

                  Enter your shipping/billing and credit card information and follow the instructions on the checkout page. Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email from us with the details of your order.

                  How will my order be fulfilled?

                  As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.  As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.  If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.  If your item(s) are available for shipment, we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

                  Will you send an order confirmation via e-mail?

                  An order confirmation message will be sent to the e-mail address you provide us for each order you submit. We recommend that you print and save the e-mail confirmation for your records. Please be sure to enter your e-mail address correctly to ensure that you receive your order confirmation.

                  How can I change My Account information?

                  You can change your contact information at any time by signing into "My Account" and editing the information. Save the changes and your account will be updated.

                  How can I make a change or cancel my order?

                  Once an order has been placed, you cannot change or cancel your order online. To request a change or cancellation of an order, please contact customerservice@rainorshinegolf.com.

                  How long will it take for my order to ship?

                  This will vary by product and vendor so check the product pages for accurate estimates. You can be safe to assume that if your order is stock and we process the charges to your credit card it will ship within 5 business days from the date of your order. If you have not received your shipment within this time or would like any information on the status of your shipment, contact us at customerservice@rainorshinegolf.com.

                  Can you ship to a P.O. Box or an APO Address?

                  At this time, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, due to the size of our products, as well as APO addresses.  We apologize for the inconvenience.

                  Do you offer expedited shipping?

                  Expedited shipping is available for an additional cost on some products. Give us a call at 1-888-831-9489 or email us at customerservice@rainorshinegolf.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible with a quote.

                  Do you ship internationally?

                  If you do not live in the US and would like a shipping quote, please contact us and we will prepare a custom quote for you. Please note that any additional import/export taxes and/or customs taxes will be at the expense of the customer. Rain or Shine Golf is not responsible for any import/export taxes relating to international shipping and is not responsible for any customs taxes or any other form of tax for an international shipment.

                  Couldn't be happier with the Mevo+. Syktrak wasn't the quality solution I was looking for... But Mevo+ sure is. Great price point, comes with software, better technology (radar), accurate, and no need to move for right/left handed players. I highly recommend this simulator, best on the market at this price point by far.
