        All orders canceled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped.  If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges as described on the "We Accept Returns" page.             Love this mat.

            Couldn't tell from pictures on how well this mat was built. Wanted to buy a good quality mat, and boy I wasn't disappointed. Ball rolls true . I can even work on the various breaks with the added foam to put under the mat. I'll be able to put this on my deck in the spring,summer, and fall while I'm grilling and practice a few strokes. In the winter months I'll be in my man room practicing as well. Love it. Should last for many years. Thanks for the very fast turn around during Christmas.
