What Is the GC3 Practice Package?
The GC3 Practice Package is a focused, data-driven practice setup built around the Foresight GC3 launch monitor. It pairs the GC3 with a SwingNet® Pro hitting net and SwingTurf® hitting mat, giving you a complete indoor or outdoor practice environment with tour-grade shot data on every swing. The GC3 uses Foresight’s Triscopic High-Speed Camera System to directly measure ball and club data, and includes the full FSX software suite permanently — no subscription required. The included Bushnell Golf Pro X3 LINK rangefinder ties your practice session data to on-course club recommendations via MyBag™, so the reps you put in at the net feed directly into better decisions on the course. If you’ve been debating the GC3 against the Bushnell Launch Pro, the key distinction is that the GC3’s club data and simulation access are permanently included — the Launch Pro requires an ongoing subscription for those same features.

No. The GC3 includes club data, the full FSX software suite, 25 courses, and GSPro/E6 Connect access permanently at purchase — no subscription required to access any of it. This is one of the defining reasons to choose the GC3 over the Bushnell Launch Pro, which requires a Gold subscription ($499/yr) for club data and full simulation access.
Yes. The GC3 is fully portable and works in both environments. Indoors, set it beside the ball next to the SwingNet® Pro for data-driven practice sessions. Outdoors, take it to the range — it runs on its internal rechargeable battery and displays shot data on its on-unit touchscreen without any connected phone or PC. The SwingNet® Pro is also rated for both indoor and outdoor use.
Very straightforward. The GC3 you buy with the Practice Package is the same GC3 that goes into the SwingBay® Package or Retractable Package. When you’re ready to build a full sim room, you add the enclosure, screen, projector, and PC around it. Nothing in the launch monitor changes, and no features need to be re-purchased. It’s a true upgrade path, not a lateral move.
Not for practice data. The GC3’s on-unit touchscreen displays ball and club metrics after every swing without any connected device. A Windows gaming PC is required if you want to run simulation software (FSX Play, GSPro, E6 Connect) — not typically part of the practice-only workflow, but available when you’re ready. Both feature a powder-coated aluminum frame, ballistics-grade netting, automatic ball return, and pre-attached side barriers for indoor and outdoor use.
