Optoma built a dedicated Golf Sim Mode into this model that adjusts color and contrast for simulator software on an impact screen. Fairways, greens and the ball in flight read clearly without hand tuning every setting.

WHO THE LH352BST IS FOR
The zoom lens is the reason to look at this one. Half the installs we troubleshoot come down to a fixed lens that needs a mount point the ceiling will not give you. This gives you a range to work with, a picture mode made for golf, and a light source you will never replace. If your room is very short, go ultra short throw instead.
What is the Optoma LH352BST?
The LH352BST is a 1080p Full HD short throw projector with a lamp free 4LED light source, 3,300 lumens and a 0.69 to 0.83:1 throw with 1.2x optical zoom. It is part of Optoma's new golf sim focused 4LED line and adds a dedicated Golf Sim Mode.
A ten foot wide image needs roughly seven to eight and a half feet of throw, and plus or minus 30 degree keystone plus 360 degree mounting cover most real world installs.
Why Choose the Optoma LH352BST?
Straight framing: this sits a little further back than an ultra short throw unit, and it is 1080p rather than 4K. In exchange you get a zoom lens, which is the feature that saves an install when the ideal mount point is not available.
Choose the LH352BST if you want 1080p with mounting flexibility and a picture mode tuned for golf. Choose an ultra short throw like the GT2300HDR if your room is very short on depth.
