SurfThing, LLC warrants that all new desktop and laptop systems purchased directly from them are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of two years from the original date of purchase.

Repair Turnaround

SurfThing will complete the repair and ship the system back within five business days of receiving it.

Data and Software

• Reasonable efforts will be made to recover data from a failed SSD or storage device, but recovery is not guaranteed
• Original simulation software pre-installed by SurfThing can be reinstalled if needed
• Regular backups are strongly recommended

Exclusions

• Damage due to misuse, negligence, modification, or unauthorized repair
• Cosmetic damage or normal wear and tear
