    B. We do not accept returns on simulator screen products. The screen is made of white polyester fabric and can easily be smudged or be stained if handled improperly. Please consider this prior to purchase.

    C. When the product arrives it will be folded in the box and have wrinkles and creases. Utilize an iron on a medium setting to remove any wrinkles.

    If the product is damaged, you must make note of it immediately when signing for delivery and send photos to customerservice@rainorshinegolf.com the day of delivery. Rain or Shine Golf will pay for shipping defective, damaged, or incorrect merchandise at our cost. We will ensure you get the product you ordered, undamaged, as soon as possible. Items that become damaged after use are non-refundable unless specified under warranty.

    If the product is not damaged, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of order date. Keep in mind, return shipping charges and 15% (of total order cost) restocking fee will be non-refundable.     All orders canceled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped.  If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges as described on the "We Accept Returns" page. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.

      Hitting screen

      The screen is everything. Be sure your computer has graphics card that far exceeds SkyTrak’s requirements though
