It’s that time of year again down in Orlando. The PGA Show, where PGA Professionals and Golf Industry Professionals come together to discover the latest trends in golf equipment, apparel, accessories, and technology.

This is always an exciting week for us to meet with our partners, continue to build on our current relationships, and create new ones. If you have never been to the PGA Show, it is, for lack of better words, massive. How massive? There are over 1,000 exhibitors and 1.1 MILLION, yes million, square feet of exhibit, demonstration, and meeting space. I mean…. there are even two indoor driving ranges in the middle of all this commotion.

In the golf simulator industry, technology is always evolving and getting better which is very exciting. This means, you guessed it, some new products to share with you! 

Over at FlightScope, you can see the new Limited Edition Mevo+ with a new grey finish and a different face. The Limited Edition model will include the Pro Package and comes with 12 amazing courses right out of the box including Pebble Beach, St. Andrews, Bethpage Black, Bay Hill, Harbour Town, The Greenbrier, The Belfry, Banff Springs, Panther Lake, Wade Hampton, Oslo Golf Club, and Aviara.

Over at Uneekor, they are cooking up a little friend next to the popular EyeMini. Uneekor is launching the EyeMini Lite which is expected to be released in Late March. This launch monitor is smaller than the EyeMini and does not have any screens. It still provides the club data that the EyeMini does but will need to be plugged into a PC to get the data making it slightly less portable than its older sibling. This will come in at $2,749 but you can take advantage of the PGA Show special at $2,499 for a limited time.

One other thing that caught our eye at the Uneekor booth was the overhead projection that displayed all of your club data and even a video projection of your club path from your previous shot. Pretty sweet.

Over at Foresight, we spotted the new GC QuadMAX. The well-known GC QUAD gets an update with its new touchscreen display, new software, improved battery life, and improved ergonomics. You will start to see these rolling out soon, especially on the PGA Tour where they are highly popular among the tour pros. The new Falcon Launch Monitor was on full display as well and looked very impressive

Last but not least, many people familiar with golf simulator technology are well-acquainted with TrackMan. For many years TrackMan has been a wildly popular device among golf instructors and golf professionals all over the world. Focusing on portability and mostly outdoor use, they have just released the new Trackman iO, which is their first-ever launch monitor built for indoors. This unit will be mounted overhead similar to devices like the EYE XO2, Foresight Falcon, ProTee VX, etc.
