Father's Day Giveaway & Sale

Eligibility: No purchase necessary to enter or win. Making a purchase does not increase chances of winning. Internet access and a valid email account are required. If an entrant is using a mobile device to enter, message and data rates may apply. The Outdoor Golf Simulator Practice Bundle Giveaway is open to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Employees of Rain or Shine Golf and companies associated with the promotion, and their immediate family and household members, are not eligible. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

Sponsor: The Giveaway is sponsored by Rain or Shine Golf, 8334 Arrowridge Blvd, Unit E, Charlotte, NC 28273.

Agreement to Official Rules: Participation constitutes the entrant's full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon being compliant with these Official Rules and fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

Giveaway Period: The Giveaway begins Monday, June 9, 2026 and ends Monday, June 23, 2026 at 11:59pm ET. Entries submitted before or after the Giveaway Period will be disqualified.

How to Enter: Fill out the entry form on this giveaway page. For additional entries, follow Rain or Shine Golf on Instagram (@rainorshinegolf) and subscribe to Rain or Shine Golf on YouTube. You must enter at least once via the form to be eligible to win.

Prize Drawing: On or about June 24, 2026, the Sponsor will select one potential winner in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. The odds of being selected depend on the number of entries received.

Winner Notification: The Sponsor will attempt to notify the potential winner by email (and by Instagram or Facebook direct message where applicable) on or about June 25, 2026. If the potential winner cannot be contacted within five (5) days after the first attempt, the Sponsor may select an alternate winner at random from the remaining eligible entries.

Prize: One (1) Outdoor Golf Simulator Practice Bundle (Rapsodo MLM2PRO launch monitor, SwingNet Pro 8x8 hitting net, SwingTurf 5x5 hitting mat, ball tray, alignment sticks, and phone/tablet stand). Approximate retail value: $2,300. Prize is non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor's sole discretion. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

Winner's Obligations: The winner must acknowledge and respond to the Sponsor's notification within seventy-two (72) hours of initial communication. After 72 hours, the winner forfeits all rights to the prize and a new winner may be randomly selected, subject to the same response window.

General Conditions: Winner must be 18 or older. Open to legal residents of the 48 contiguous U.S. and D.C. Void in Alaska, Hawaii, and where prohibited or restricted by law. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify, or suspend the Giveaway should fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control compromise the integrity of the Giveaway.

Releases: By participating, each entrant agrees to release and hold harmless Rain or Shine Golf and its parent companies, affiliates, suppliers, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, or damages arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, possession, or use of the prize. The winner grants the Sponsor the royalty-free right to use his/her name, city, and state of residence for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Disputes: This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of North Carolina, without respect to conflict of law doctrines. Any disputes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in North Carolina.

Privacy: Information collected from entrants is subject to the Sponsor's privacy policy. This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Facebook.
